Terms and Conditions

By participating in any activities offered by Tropikal Mar, including but not limited to kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, and beach camping, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Liability Waiver:
   
   • Tropikal Mar is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation in any of our activities. All participants must sign a waiver prior to engaging in activities. Participation is at your own risk.

1. Age Restrictions:
   
   • Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent and signature on the waiver.

1. Safety Guidelines:
   
   • All participants are required to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by Tropikal Mar staff. Failure to do so may result in termination of your participation without refund.

1. Equipment Use:
   
   • Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. Any damages or loss of equipment may result in additional charges.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   
   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
